What is the process?
The All Your Care process…

Before we can suggest a package of home care visits that meets your needs we will arrange a home visit with one our Senior Managers.
2.
This is free of charge and during the visit we will establish the exact needs, wants, and wishes from your and your family. This will take into account medical, practical and lifestyle requirements. We’ll also determine the type of person that would be best matched to the client’s personality so we can recommend the most suitable carers.
3.
We will then follow up with a proposed home care visit plan, which will include a full and detailed costing, for the client and / or their family to review.

Our Approach to Care
We strongly believe no two service users are the same and taking into account their needs and preferences it helps us tailor their care packages to suit their needs. We listen to our Service Users ensuring that they always receive the best possible care, respecting their dignity and privacy. No two people are the same which means every care plan needs to be tailored. That means if lunch needs to be at 11am and dinner needs to be at 4pm – you can rest assured that’s what we’ll do. - Our carers are trained in a wide range of areas including first aid, health & safety, food hygiene & nutrition, safeguarding, moving & handling and infection control. Specialist training is also given to those of our carers who need to look after clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or who require peg feeding.
